High exertion drill to improve endurance, speed & technical skills

This high exertion drill is the perfect combination of effective endurance, speed, agility and technical skills training for soccer players of all ages and skill sets.

Set up an obstacle (e.g. pole or dummy). Three players are positioned around this obstacle, one player is in the middle. Each of the three players has a ball. Now the player in the middle has to run around the obstacle until he faces the player farthest away (i.e. he has to take the longest path). He then has to perform a technical task, e.g. a header, a volley or two quick passes and then quickly run to the next player (longest path again).

Each player should perform this drill for about 40 seconds, if you want them to be exhausted, even longer.
